Luca Ornati is a seasoned automotive executive with over a decade of international experience in strategic leadership, customer experience, and network development. He currently serves as Head of Strategy, Business and Network Development at Genesis Motor Europe, where he oversees the brand’s expansion and operational rollout across the European markets.
As one of the founding members of Genesis’ European headquarters, he played a pivotal role in establishing the organisation’s core functions from inception. His contributions span the creation and development of the Customer Experience department, CRM strategy (including Salesforce implementation), Business Intelligence infrastructure (Snowflake and Tableau), and Aftersales operations.
Prior to joining Genesis, he worked as a consultant for Maserati, focusing on sales transformation, training, and experiential marketing activities, including track-based customer engagement programmes.
