Frankfurt, Germany: Effective 1st January, 2022, Genesis has appointed Graeme Russell as its Chief Brand Officer. Russell will lead Genesis’ global brand, product and retail communications, ensuring an engaging brand experience across all customer touchpoints. He will report to Jay Chang, Global Head of Genesis brand, and Chief Creative Officer, Luc Donckerwolke.
As Chief Brand Officer, Graeme Russell will enhance the global customer experience by planning, implementing and managing Genesis’ brand and experience strategies across global markets. He will lead a team of customer experience and retail experts to deliver differentiated brand communications with customers.
“With rapid global growth in the luxury market, we need to deliver the Genesis experience cohesively and consistently to achieve further development of the brand,” said Mr. Chang. “As a global luxury brand with an audacious vision, we are pleased to have Graeme onboard to lead Genesis’ retail and customer experience for its next phase of growth.”
Graeme Russell joins Genesis with 15 years of luxury marketing and communications experience, including Bentley Motors where he was global head of brand communications as well as The Macallan as brand ambassador.
He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in business studies from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland and has undertaken executive education programs at the Alliance Manchester Business School and Imperial College Business School, London.
