London, UK, 24 February 2026: Genesis Motor UK has revealed the specification of the highly anticipated All-New GV60 Magma ahead of its arrival to the UK, with the brand-new model on display to the public at Genesis Studio Battersea, London for a limited early preview.

Elevated design
Encompassing the brand’s ‘Luxury High Performance’ ethos, GV60 Magma is distinguished by its elevated performance identity, enhancing every aspect of the driving experience.
Its design integrates functional enhancements to reduce drag and improve overall performance. The exterior features a wider, lower stance with a 50mm increase in track width and 20mm lower ride height than other GV60 models – reinforcing both aerodynamic efficiency and visual presence. Unique 21” forged wheels, fitted with Pirelli tyres and Magma Orange brake callipers further underscore the model’s high-performance intent.
The model features a unique front bumper design with side canard wings and integrated air vents that that channel airflow around the wheels, optimising high-speed stability. At the rear, a dedicated bumper and rear wing spoiler elevate the model’s on-road presence and performance capabilities.
At the front, a unique triple-vent design seamlessly integrates the front camera and enhances cooling capabilities. Elsewhere, the GV60 Magma includes distinctive side skirts designed to optimise aerodynamic stability at high speeds.
Inside, GV60 Magma blends high-quality materials with a driver focused, performance-led aesthetic, reflecting the brand’s ethos of ‘Athletic Elegance’. A choice of Magma orange contrast stitching or ash white stitching complements the model’s 10-way electrically adjustable suede bucket seats and interior trim, complete with aluminium touches throughout. The steering wheel also features elements exclusive to Magma, including a distinct ring design, black emblem and orange accents, plus the ‘Magma’ button that gives access to the car’s dedicated driving modes.
Enhanced All-Electric Performance
With an 84kWh battery and dual electric motors delivering a combined output of 650PS, GV60 Magma offers customers heightened driving performance. With an impressive 0-60mph acceleration time of just 3.4 seconds and convenient ultra-fast charging (10-80% in just 18 minutes), GV60 Magma sets the standard for the future of electrified high-performance.
The model has five driving modes, including two new powerful dedicated Magma modes which are accessible at a touch of a button: SPRINT mode and GT mode. Each have been meticulously developed to provide an exhilarating and effortless driving experience, balancing both luxury and performance.
SPRINT mode is engineered for peak performance, maximising driving thrills in a controlled environment such as a track, while GT Mode enhances comfort and efficiency for high-speed cruising.
Boost mode, a feature currently available on GV60 and Electrified GV70, has been further enhanced for GV60 Magma. At the touch of a button performance rises to a combined 478kW (650PS and 790 Nm), taking the car’s top speed to 164 mph. The mode activation has also been extended to last for 15 seconds, an increase of five seconds, to provide the ultimate driving experience.
Launch Control has been added to GV60 Magma to deliver optimal starting torque and tailored traction control settings, allowing rapid and responsive acceleration from a standstill and delivering full power without needing to press the boost button.
GV60 Magma’s suspension system has also been optimised by refining the geometry to deliver a lower roll centre for even greater cornering stability. It features Electronic Control Suspension (ECS) and End-of-Travel (EoT) control systems that include Hydro G-Bushes in the front suspension and dual-layer bushings in the rear crossmember. These refinements effectively minimise vibrations and impacts for enhanced ride comfort as well as delivering greater control under high cornering loads. Additionally, the model’s braking system is upgraded with front monoblock callipers and large-diameter 400mm discs, and rear brakes featuring GG-rated high-friction materials, enhancing overall braking performance.
Seamless Technology
GV60 Magma reflects Genesis’ commitment to technological excellence with a driver focused approach. At the centre of the cabin is a 27-inch, panoramic connected car Integrated Cockpit (ccIC), seamlessly combining infotainment and driver information in a single intuitive display.
The system allows access features such as Virtual Gear Shift (VGS), Drift Mode and High-Performance Battery Control (HPBC), which have been further optimised for GV60 Magma to enhance driver engagement while maintaining everyday usability.
Further refinement comes through enhanced Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) measures and a state-of-the-art 14-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, supporting both entertainment and the car’s performance sound architecture. The Active Sound Design+ (e-ASD+) system works in conjunction with external speakers to harmonise interior and exterior acoustics. When VGS is switched on, the system delivers realistic engine tone, simulating the traditional engine sound of high-performance V6-powered cars. When VGS is switched off, the system incorporates sounds inspired by Goodwood Festival of Speed, incorporating EV-specific characteristics to create a fully immersive driving experience.
A static display of GV60 Magma pre-production model is available for the public at the Genesis Studio in Battersea, from now until the end of March.
